On April 18, 1994, Emma Vigeland was born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, in the United States. She grew up with a sister who is three years her junior. She started attending the all-girls Kent Place School in Summit, New Jersey, in 2006.

After graduation in 2012, she enrolled in Lafayette College, a private liberal arts institution in Easton, Pennsylvania, to study “Government & Law.”
